1. Service description

Online Printing Dublin provides online PDF document printing with home delivery across Dublin (postcodes D01–D24). We print customer-supplied PDF files on A4 paper and deliver them to the specified address.

2. Orders and payment

• All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.
• An order confirmation email is sent upon successful payment.
• We reserve the right to reject orders that contain illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content (see section 7).
• During checkout you must expressly confirm that you hold the rights or permission to print the uploaded files.

3. File requirements

• We accept PDF files only, up to 30 MB per file.
• Maximum of 30 files per order.
• Files must not be password-protected or encrypted.
• We print documents as provided — we are not responsible for formatting, spelling, or content errors in your files.

4. Delivery

• Budget delivery: delivered on weekends (Saturday/Sunday). Orders placed before Friday 23:59 will be delivered that same weekend. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following weekend.
• Standard delivery: delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation, regardless of the day the order is placed.
• No deliveries are made on Irish bank holidays or public holidays. Any delivery scheduled on a bank holiday will be carried out the following day.
• Delivery is available to Dublin addresses only (Eircodes starting with D01–D24).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or Eircodes provided by the customer.

5. Pricing

Draft quality (70g): printed in the printer's draft mode (lighter ink coverage) on thinner 70g eco paper, and available in black & white only. It is intended for study notes and internal drafts. Please note: a Draft print is meant to look lighter and feel thinner than a Standard one — that is the product you are buying at this lower price, not a printing error. For this reason, Draft orders cannot be reprinted or refunded because the print looks light or the paper feels thin.

Delivery

• Budget delivery (Weekend): €1.95
• Standard delivery (Within 48 hours): €9.95

Additional fees

• Minimum printing order: €2.95. If printing costs are below this amount, a surcharge is added to reach the minimum.
• Management fee: €1.95 per order.

Discount codes

• One discount code may be applied per order, before payment. The discount applies to the printing (sheet) cost only — delivery, the management fee and the minimum-order surcharge are never discounted.
• The discounted amounts are fixed when the order is placed. Refunds for orders paid with a code are calculated on the amounts actually paid.
• Codes have no cash value, may carry an expiry date and may be deactivated at any time. Referral codes are part of our referral programme.

6. Refunds, reprints and complaints

Errors caused by us (e.g., missing pages, smudged prints, wrong paper, or any quality issue attributable to our equipment or handling):

• We will reprint the affected documents at no additional cost.
• No monetary refund is issued — the order will be reprinted and delivered again free of charge.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange the reprint.

Errors caused by the customer (e.g., wrong file uploaded, formatting issues in the PDF, incorrect print settings selected at checkout):

• A refund may be issued for the printing cost of the affected file(s) only.
• Shipping costs and management fees are non-refundable.
• The minimum printing order surcharge is non-refundable.

Cancellations:

• Orders that have not yet been printed may be cancelled for a full refund.
• Once printing has started, cancellations are subject to the customer-error refund policy above.

All refund or reprint requests should be sent to info@onlineprintingdublin.ie with your order code.

7. Intellectual property and copyright

By uploading files, you confirm and warrant that you own the rights to the content or hold the necessary permission from the rights holder to have it printed. We are not responsible for copyright infringement by customers.

• We do not print complete books or other copyright-protected publications (e.g., textbooks, novels, manuals, sheet music or commercial publications) unless you are the rights holder or can provide proof of permission. This applies regardless of whether the copy is for personal use.
• Documents you are entitled to print — your own work, public-domain material, openly licensed content, lecture notes, or excerpts permitted under licence — are always welcome.
• If we detect that an order infringes this policy, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the management fee and a €3.00 processing charge, which covers non-refundable payment-platform fees and other indirect costs. The affected files will not be printed.
• Repeated infringement may result in a refusal to accept future orders.

Uploaded files are used solely for printing and are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of the order being received. Order records and specifications are retained for reference purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from printing errors, delivery delays, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page.
