Online Printing Dublin is operated by MAYGO Group, based in Dublin, Ireland. We provide online PDF printing and delivery services across Dublin.

What data we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Delivery address: street address and Eircode
• Order details: uploaded PDF files and printing preferences
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)

How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Process and deliver your printing order
• Send order confirmation and status update emails
• Contact you if there's an issue with your order

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

Data sharing

We share your data only with:

• Stripe: for secure payment processing
• Delivery services: your name, address and phone for delivery purposes

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

We retain your order data for up to 12 months for customer support purposes. Uploaded PDF files are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of the order being received. Order records and specifications are retained for reference purposes.
